• Tap Air doesn’t allow to cancel their flight ticket in the last hours while passengers are permitted to cancel their booking up to 3 hours before the flight departure time.
• Tap Air offers free cancellation but, the passenger must cancel their flight ticket within 24 hours of the flight ticket purchase.
• If the cancellation is made due the illness or a close relative death then, the passenger will get the complete refundable amount.
• According to the TAP Air Cancellation Policy, the cancellation charges will calculate according to the flight ticket type.

TAP Air Cancellation Procedure via Online:

• Open the website or mobile app of Tap Air.
• Then, you need to click on the My Trips menu.
• Write the Electronic Ticket Number & Surname of the passenger.
• Tap on the Find Booking button and select your reservation.
• Find the Cancel button & confirm it.
• After completing the cancellation process, you will get the canceled e-ticket to your registered email address.
